Chaos in Kampala Uganda as police arrest opposition presidential candidate Kizza Besigye on campaign

Ugandan police detained opposition presidential candidate Kizza Besigye in the capital Kampala as he campaigned for the country's presidential election slated for later this week. Witnesses say police fired tear gas at a Besigye event and took him into custody. He was then taken to another location outside of Kampala before being freed.
