The Kenyan ministry of education has declared illegal and irrelevant the Kenyan National Parents Association whose vocal secretary general is Musau Ndunda. The education cabinet secretary Dr Fred Matiangi has written to Musau Ndunda telling him that his association’s constitution and by-laws are not in sync with the basic education act, meaning that the association does not represent Kenyan parents.
