A man accused of killing his girlfriend in Nairobi’s Nyayo estate has surrendered to the police. 40 year old Martin Kunguru Opiyo is reported to have given himself up to the police in Kitale. He was then transferred to Nairobi and is currently being held at Embakasi. He is alleged to have hacked 25 year old Charity Mukami Wachira to death. She was found dead in an apartment in Nyayo estate on December 22.
