Unions and school heads have agreed to abide by the new fees guidelines issued by the ministry of education. This comes after a crisis meeting with education cabinet secretary Fred Matiang’i. Meanwhile, the chairman of the Public accounts committee Nicholas Gumbo is calling for the arrest and prosecution of school heads who have defied the government’s directive on school fees.
