President Paul Kagame rejects allegations that Rwanda is causing instability in Burundi

With only a few days to the December 28th peace talks in Uganda by warring political factions in Burundi, Rwanda’s President Paul Kagame has rejected allegation that his country had stoked instability in Burundi and said Rwanda’s troops would play no part in any intervention.
