Embu MCA under fire for advocating for female circumcision

Let’s go to the county of Embu in Kenya where women leaders are up in arms against a member of the county assembly who seemed to suggest that the county should pass a law to allow for female circumcision. The member was making an argument to the effect that it would be one of the best ways to cut down on cases of immorality and incest. But his comments have triggered a face-off in Embu County.
