The Ethiopian government has embarked on an aggressive sensitization campaign targeting at least 15 million people in danger of facing the worst drought in years. Ethiopian Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn is already in France for the Paris climate conference during which he is expected to rally the international community for support.
