Regional oil marketer Kenol Kobil is set to construct a multibillion, 22-storied commercial building in Nairobi's central business district as it eyes an additional revenue stream from real estate.The landmark building to be constructed on Haile Selase avenue at a cost of 1.5 billion shillings will serve as the company's new headquarters.
