The Kiambu governor William Kabogo has revealed that although the government is running the free maternal health services, the counties have not been getting funds for the service for the last one year. Kabogo raised the alarm that the revolutionary service which has earned the Jubilee administration a lot of accolades risks grinding to a halt within the next few weeks.
