Kenyan Education Cabinet Secretary Professor Jacob Kaimenyi says the Ministry is set to legislate new punitive measures to deter cases of examination cheating. Kaimenyi also ruled out any possibility of cancelling the ongoing form four examinations over allegations of massive examination leakage.
