We begin in Western Kenya with yet another story of underage drinking and it appears that school going children in a village in Kakamega County are literally under siege from a potent illicit brew. School administrators are expressing their frustration over the rampant brewing of alcoholic drinks saying it is readily available to the children. Patrick Amimo reports.
