The Kenya Uganda relationship has not been as rosy as it seemed today during president Uhuru Kenyatta’s state visit. From the ownership of Migingo Island to cattle rustling at the two countries Northern border, International Relation experts say today these seems to be the best times ever for relations between the two countries .
