A polio victim has sued the Catholic Church against its campaign to stop the ongoing polio vaccination exercise. The man claims the Churchis violating human rights. This comes as the director of medical services Nicholas Muraguri says 2.8 million children have received the polio vaccine so far. The ministry of health is targeting to vaccinate six million children under the age of five by Wednesday.
