Questions on who authorized the NYS to evict street families from the CBD ahead Obama’s visit

Hundreds of street families were pushed out of Nairobi city center by county staff and National Youth Service officers ahead of US President Barack Obama’s visit. Those rounded up were taken to Joseph Kang’ethe Primary School. But now questions are being raised as to who authorized the NYS to evict street families from the CBD and who gave them the power to arrest those who defied the orders to leave.
