Embattled Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has now filed a request seeking to have the media barred from covering his hate remark case. Following the recent utterances by the first-time MP, Director of Public Prosecutions Keriako Tobiko moved to court under certified of urgency to have Kuria's bail from previous case cancelled. Kuria, through his lawyer Danson Mungatana, asked Milimani Principal Magistrate Teresiah Nyangena to hold court proceedings on cancelation of the MPs bond in camera.
