CORD leaders want the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission to postpone the launch of the controversial strategic plan scheduled for tomorrow. The opposition led by CORD leader Raila Odinga says that they were not consulted and they cannot be part of a document that seeks to shape the electoral body and improve electoral the process. But iebc vice chaiperson lilian mahiri-zaja said the commission had consulted with all parties and stakeholders.
