A section of senators have expressed disappointment over failure by the national assembly to debate the contentious division of revenue allocation bill before the house adjourned its special sittings this evening. The senate’s budget and finance committee had adopted the option to give counties an etra 3.3 billion shillings as a way out of the stalemate.
