All those found to have high levels of lead in their blood will receive free treatment courtesy of the Mombasa county government.Mombasa governor Ali Hassan Joho confirmed that some of the residents whose samples were taken have tested positive for lead poisoning and will immediately be taken to a special ward set aside for them.
