Three men sentenced to death for the killing of former Embakasi MP Mellitus Mugabe Were

3 men have been sentenced to death for the killing of former Embakasi member of parliament Mellitus Mugabe Were. The three were sentenced by high court judge Luka Kamau who indicated that evidence brought before the court proved beyond reasonable doubt that the three jointly participated in the murder.
