Asman Kamama suggests minimum academic qualifications of police recruitment to be lowered to class 8

The chair of the national assembly’s committee on security Asman Kamama today threw the spanner in the works, as he weighed in on the sticky debate on police recruitment. Kamama suggested that minimum academic qualifications be lowered from the current form four certificate to standard 8 level for what he calls better service delivery.
