David Kimaiyo hands over office to the acting Inspector General of Police Samuel Arachi

Outgoing inspector General David Kimaiyo says Kenya averted 80 percent of planned terror attacks in the last two years. Kimaiyo said terrorism remains one of Kenya’s greatest challenges. He spoke when he formally handed over office to the acting inspector general of police Samuel Arachi.
