Deputy President William Ruto says members of the Al Shabaab terror group who killed the 28 passengers in Mandera did not live to celebrate their murderous executions. But as Ruto gave his statement on the state of security in the country, leaders across the country demanded that the government stops talking tough and show Kenyans some tangible actions to overhaul the security sector.
