Uncomfortable Meru residents complain over unbearable the smell oozing out of hospital mortuary

From meru county, residents living near meru level 5 hospital mortuary are an uncomfortable lot. They say since the cold room stopped functioning a while back, life near the mortuary has become unbearable because of the smell oozing out of the mortuary.
