Insecurity up North, several youths in Kapedo have begun surrendering their weapons following the 24-hour ultimatum issued by President Uhuru Kenyatta. The disarmament comes amid claims by a section of residents that two herdsmen were killed earlier explosives deployed by the Kenya Defence Forces
