Paralympian Oscar Pistorious has been sentenced to 5 years in jail for killing his model girlfriend reeva steenkamp. South African judge Thokozile Masipa made the landmark ruling this morning stating she wanted to find a balance between justice, deterrence and rehabilitation. Betty Kyallo has more
