Teachers strike now imminent as unions meeting with TSC bears no fruit

The Kenya National Union of Teachers has decided to give the government ten more days to get its act together before a final meeting to end the deadlock. But the KNUT position is different from that of the Kenya Union of Post Primary Education Teachers KUPPET, which has warned it could issue a seven day strike notice within the next twenty four hours.
