Director of public prosecutions Keriako Tobiko has ordered the arrest of two police officers over the killing of 14-year-old school girl in Kwale county in august. The DPP has further directed that the inspector of police and a constable be charged with murder of the girl, Kwekwe Mwandaza, at the high court in Mombasa.
