INTERNATIONAL LITERACY DAY: Over 400 Maasai women pursue formal education

In Kajiado South, Maasai women have gone a notch higher in pursuit of formal education. Most of them can now read and write. a greater number of them have enrolled in adult literacy programmes compared to men. And many of them joined the rest of the world in marking international literacy day which was marked worldwide yesterday.
