IEBC: Changing the election date would require a Constitutional Referendum

From Okoa Kenya to Pesa Mashinani and now a new development in the push by members of parliament to change the date for general elections in Kenya. Can the MPs change the 2017 election date from august to December? Well, the independent electoral commission has burst that bubble. The IEBC chairperson says changing the election date would require a constitutional referendum.
