Six people die in a grisly road accident on the Bomet-Narok highway, Kenya

Five people died when a vehicle they were travelling in was involved in an accident on the bomet-narok highway. Four of the victims — a man and three boys — died on the spot while a girl was pronounced dead on arrival at Longisa county referral hospital. The 3pm accident which occurred near Longisa boy’s secondary school involved the saloon vehicle that was headed to Narok from Bomet and a bus that was headed to Nairobi from western Kenya. According to Bomet deputy ocpd Jeffa Mwera, the driver of the bus was allegedly overtaking on a hill and collided head on with the saloon vehicle.
