Nyeri County Alcohol Bill will ensure that each bar rings a bell at Eleven O’clock to alert people

If the Nyeri County has its way, each bar will have a bell ringing at just about eleven o’clock each night to signal the end of drinking and send everyone home. The nyeri county government is hoping it will be second time lucky, as it looks to pass legislation on alcohol consumption in the county.
