Kieni MP Kanini Kega has filed a petition to stop opposition leaders from collecting signatures for a national referendum. The Kieni legislator says cord leaders have flouted procedures in initiating the referendum. And as jubilee ran to court, the governors headed to the independent electoral and boundaries commission to seek guidelines on their own referendum quest.
