Four years after the constitution was promulgated. that will be coming in less than half an hour but even before that stock taking, that battle to change that very document went to court earlier today. a group of clergymen are seeking to stop the opposition coalition, cord from pursuing its referendum agenda..this as the council of governors’ chairman Isaac Ruto vowed to continue with his referendum push.
