Transport CS Michael kamau says new traffic rules not targeting anyone

The transport cabinet secretary Michael Kamau maintains that the recently introduced regulations by the national transport and safety authority are only to enhance road safety and not to victimize any particular class of road users pedestrians and motorbike operators found the regulations a bit too harsh.
