Lawyer Paul Muite today told the Supreme Court judges that the communication commission of Kenya as it was known then violated the constitution when it ordered the standard group, nation media group and royal media services to apply for fresh frequencies. Muite maintained the three media houses are not opposed to digital migration but were concerned that the process adopted to migrate would violate the freedom of the media.
