The hearing of the digital migration case kicked off at the Supreme Court this morning. In their submissions lawyers for the communications authority of Kenya sought to have the supreme court quash orders by the court of appeal to grant local media houses digital broadcast licenses. They also sought to have the authority allowed to set a new digital migration deadline.
