The debate on the bloated public wage bill and government recurrent expenditure is set to move a notch higher this week, with the salaries and remuneration commission holding a national conference on the way forward tomorrow……..this comes as more jubilee MPs pledge to take a pay cut in the footsteps of president Uhuru Kenyatta, his deputy William Ruto and their cabinet.
