After the fanfare that greeted the launch of the comprehensive security program for Machakos County last week, the Machakos governor Dr. Alfred Mutua and senator Johnstone Muthama are at loggerheads again. Muthama is now claiming that the 120 special police cars that were unveiled are actually on loan and will cost the Machakos residents dearly but dr. Mutua has dismissed these claims as mere propaganda. KTN’s Angel Katusia reports.
