A man in Eldoret town has fallen victim to a group of assailants who have been forcefully circumcising men in the area. Cases of forceful circumcision in Eldoret have instilled fear among a section of residents who say victims are usually drugged before being abducted and circumcised. Police are now on a manhunt for the suspects.
