The deputy director of police reforms King’ori Mwangi has defended himself against claims of being on the payroll of drug barons and allegations of scheming to kill two administration police officers during his tenure as Coast province police boss. King’ori told the police vetting panel that the allegations were probably made by people out to malign his name.
