A fresh diplomatic row is brewing between Kenya and the United Kingdom. A section of Jubilee MPs are accusing Britain of attempting to sabotage Kenya’s agenda at the assembly of state parties meeting in the Hague. The MPs say Britain’s amendment on video conference facilities for accused persons at the ICC is in bad faith. But the UK government says it has tabled the proposal in a constructive and helpful spirit.
