Former chief registrar of the judiciary Gladys Boss Shollei has challenged her sacking. Shollei was sacked by the Judicial Service Commission over allegations of financial impropriety, incompetence, misbehaviour and insubordination. Her petition has been certified as urgent by justice David Majanja and will be heard on Monday next week. She has also requested for a public hearing and expressed confidence in the country’s judicary.
