Former president Daniel arap Moi has urged Kenyan youth to spend time studying and understanding the new constitution as it will enable them make better decisions for the country’s development. Speaking in Nakuru earlier today during a graduation ceremony at the rift valley institute of science and technology, Moi said a lot of changes that the country anticipates are hinged on the constitution and only an informed public will ensure that it is implemented to the letter. Moi also urged the institute to base its training on the industry needs to ensure their graduates are relevant in the job market..
