Former presidential escort commander and Keiyo North member of parliament Elijah Sumbeiywo died early this morning at his Nairobi’s Kileleshwa home. His brother, retired leutenant general Lazaro Sumbeiywo says the late Sumbeiywo died of cancer of the pancreas. At the same time, former cabinet minister and long serving Githunguri member of parliament Arthur Kinyanjui Magugu died this morning at his Nairobi home. Magugu had been ailing for some time.
