Muslim cleric, radical, suspected terrorist: these are some of the titles Aboud Rogo, a man who had several run-ins with the law was tagged with. Rogo first came under the radar of security agents after the 2002 Kikambala bombings. His profile after that is a tale of arrests, acquittals and numerous alleged crimes.
