President Mwai kibaki at Police pass-out parade

President Mwai kibaki has reiterated that the government is determined to ensure the upcoming general election is free, fair and peaceful. Kibaki called on the police to safeguard peace during and after the election and take stern action against anybody who will attempt to incite or cause chaos regardless of his or her position in society. Kibaki made the remarks during a historic pass-out parade that was commanded by a lady officer at the Kenya police training college in kiganjo.
