Everyone has heard about heart disease but nobody ever thinks that it will happen to them. Well, it happened to twenty-two year-old Francis Munyiri, a university student who has been forced to drop out of school owing to his heart problems. Doctors have recommended a heart transplant this September, however unless he can overcome the obstacles before him, it may remain a pipe dream…Wilkister Nyabwa reports
