Jamleck to be charged
12th August, 2012
Nairobi metropolitan minister Jamleck Kamau now risks being suspended from his portfolio barely months after he was appointed. This after the director of public prosecution Keriako Tobiko directed that the minister together with Limuru MP Peter Mwathi face hate speech charges following utterances they made at a public rally. The hate speech case against the two comes as environment minister Chirau Ali Mwakwere is expected to be formally charged with the same when he appears in court tomorrow.
