The police have this evening paraded a man whom they allege a local television station recently claimed was the Rwandese fugitive Felicien Kabuga hiding in Kenya. The man, Daniel Muthee Ngeera who is a businessman in Isiolo said he has been forced to close his business and seek police protection for fear he might be harmed.
