A Nairobi businessman is alleging that police officers hijacked him and stole ninety thousand shillings from him after he withdrew the money from a bank in industrial area. Crispin Otieno who claims he can be identify some of the officers who robbed him says his attempts to have those who stole from him arrested have been frustrated. However when ktn contacted the police for comment, a senior officer at industrial area police station promised to organise an identification parade so that Otieno can identify the suspects.
